Welcome to Drivealot Driving School. In this document, we discuss the general terms and conditions of our driving school. Please read them carefully.

The agreements and services we offer are based on these general terms and conditions.

All services and offers are entirely non-binding.
‍
A collaboration begins only when an agreement is reached between you and our driving school.

This occurs either in writing or by proceeding with the purchase of one of our products after the general terms and conditions have been properly reviewed.

Taking Driving Lessons

All driving lessons are conducted according to the driving procedure B.

The driving lessons are provided by instructors who comply with the law on motor vehicle driving instruction.

Instructors are always neat and well-presented, and we expect the same from you.

At Drivealot Driving School, you learn in cars approved by (BOVAG, RAI, CBR).

The cars are equipped with a luxury standard, comfortable, sporty appearance, and comply with all safety regulations.

Registering at Drivealot Driving School

Anyone who registers at Drivealot Driving School declares that they do not have a driving ban or any legal matters preventing them from driving a motor vehicle.

If this is not honestly disclosed, despite a judicial ruling, and the person still takes driving lessons, they will be held responsible.

This may include covering any fines imposed on the driving school and financial losses incurred by the student.

Drivealot Driving School can terminate the collaboration in the following cases:

• The student is unwilling to engage in the learning process.

• The student exhibits inappropriate behavior.

• The student does not fulfill agreed obligations.

• Aggressive behavior.

Planning/Canceling a Driving Lesson

All appointments for driving lessons must be made in advance.

Drivealot Driving School will provide availability, and you can choose a date and time.

For a driving lesson, you must be ready at the agreed time and location. You should always have your ID with you.

In case of the student's absence, the instructor will always call, send a message, and wait up to 10 minutes.

Note! A driving lesson must be canceled 24 hours in advance. If you do not notify us in time, the costs will be charged, and you will lose the hours.

This does not apply in the following cases:

• In the event of the death of a loved one.

• In the event of hospitalization.

In both cases, written proof is required.

If a driving lesson is canceled due to bad weather conditions, no costs will be charged.

Canceling a Lesson Package

All offers and services are non-binding. However, once you begin a collaboration after reading the general terms and conditions, the services and terms become binding after three days. At Drivealot Driving School, you have a 3-day reflection period to cancel services and offers if you have not yet used them.

If you cancel within the three-day limit and no lessons have been taken, you will receive the full amount back, minus administrative costs.

After three days, no refund is possible.

All offers, services, and agreements are void after the termination of the agreement, and the current price per individual lesson will apply.

Payments

Payments must be made in cash or via invoice by the due date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the agreed terms are not met due to non-performance, we may need to assign the outstanding collection to an external agency.

Any additional costs will be added to the principal amount owed by the client.

Practical Exam/Intermediate Test

The fee for an exam must be paid in advance before a date can be booked, this applies to all exams.

Prices may change depending on fluctuations in the driving school sector.

When converting a CBR practical exam to an intermediate test, no refund is provided. Remaining credits will be deducted when booking a new CBR practical exam.

A practical exam is booked with the CBR, and they retain all rights over it. If the practical exam is canceled, the CBR will charge cancellation fees. For more information, please contact the CBR.
